All confirmations are made via phone. Please call us or inquire on the website to make sure we have a Bubble House or Glam N Go 360 are available on the date of your event. We will then send you a payment link to process the $150 deposit to hold the date. The remaining balance can be paid when we arrive to your party! After the reservation is confirmed, we will send you an agreement for you to sign that includes all the details of our service and everything you need to know.
The Glam N Go 360 holds up to 4 adults and/or 5 children at a time. Our attendant will be there to make sure you are safe and get the best quality video. The capacity for the Bubble House is 2 adult guests and/or 4 children at a time. Our attendant will supervise the access to the Bubble House to make sure the capacity stays safe for guests at all times.
The Glam N Go 360 can be set up indoors or outdoors! For both inside and outside we require a 10 to 12 foot space all the way around your wanted location.
The Bubble House can be set up indoors and outdoors! If your event is outdoors, we highly recommend dedicating a space with shade from nearby trees for example, to avoid direct sunlight exposure as much as possible. Please measure the set-up area you have in mind. We ideally need 20’ L x 16’ W x 10’ H to set up the Bubble House for your event. If you have a smartphone, you can use the measuring tool or you can use a tape measure. The set up area must be a flat even surface with no holes or divots. We are able to set up on grass, turf, concrete, asphalt, and pavement; we are not able to set up on dirt, mud, gravel, rocks, mulch and sand.
The Bubble House and the Glam N Go 360 requires a power outlet within 50-100ft of the setup area. To avoid tripping the unit or blowing a fuse, it’s best to plug into an outlet that is dedicated, meaning nothing else is plugged into that outlet/circuit. We will have the appropriate extension cords and are not able to exceed 100ft.
Wind, rain, thunder/lightning and extreme temperatures are monitored consistently by our staff to make sure the use of the Glam N Go 360 and Bubble House is not a hazard for anyone. We will contact you 24-hours prior to your event to communicate any weather concerns. We always reserve the right to cancel the service if the climate conditions put your guests and our staff at risk.
Making sure the Glam N Go 360 props and bubble house match the rest of your party decor is a must for us! We will work hand-in-hand with you to make sure the colors/style we use match everything else in the party. You are also welcome to provide your own balloons/props! We will add/install them upon arrival.
Please call us to make sure we are available on the date of your event. If the date is available, we will send you a payment link to pay a $150 deposit to hold the date in our schedule. The remaining balance will be due upon our arrival to the event. For your convenience, we accept cash, credit cards, Apple Pay and Venmo for all payments.
